Mozzarella and grilled pizza

Ingredients:

5 inch Pizza crust
2 ounces Turkey Italian sausage
2 ounce shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Marinara sauce
1/4 cup thinly sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced Onion

Method:


1.Remove the casing from sausage and cook in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
2.Stir to crumble, drain and pat dry with paper towel, keep aside.
3.Prepare the grill coated with cooking spray and grill the crust for 2-3 minutes until puffy and golden color.
4.Flip the crust, grill-mark side up, and spread with the marinara sauce.
5.Top with the sausage, mozzarella, mushrooms, onion, and Parmesan.
6.Cover and grill 3-4 minutes until cheese melts and crust is lightly browned.
7.Cut into wedges and serve.
